Shipping Information

Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options

We offer two shipping methods to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL or FedEx, delivered within 10-15 business days after shipping
  • Free Shipping: Via EMS for orders over $50, delivered within 15-25 business days after shipping

International Shipping

We ship globally (excluding certain Asian and remote regions). Please note:

  • Customs fees and import duties are the customer’s responsibility
  • Delivery times may vary based on destination

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind our products with a 15-day return policy from the date of delivery. Your satisfaction drives us just like our components drive your performance.

Important Note: For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on used saddles or handlebar grips unless they are defective. All other products in our catalog are eligible for return.

Return Process

Step 1: Submit Your Request
Email our rider-support team at [email protected] with:

  • Subject: Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number]
  • Order Number
  • Product Name
  • Reason for Return
  • For exchanges: specify desired replacement product

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Within 1 business day, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions. Returns without an RMA cannot be processed.

Step 3: Ship Your Return
Pack the item securely in its original packaging with all accessories. Include the RMA number clearly on the package and ship to:

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timing: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days
  • Method: Funds will be returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Notification: You’ll receive an email confirmation when processed

For exchanges, we’ll ship your replacement product via your preferred shipping method once the return is received. There’s no additional charge if the exchange is for an item of equal value.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your seatpost, headset, or any component arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos
  2. We’ll arrange a prepaid return label if needed
  3. Receive a replacement or full refund at no extra cost

International Returns

Our global rider community can follow the same return process. Please note:

  • Customs fees are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs may be higher for international locations
  • Use a trackable shipping service (DHL or FedEx recommended)
